INSPECTION RIGHTS

Every Officer and Director shall have the right at any reasonable time to inspect the books, records and documents of every kind, and to inspect the physical properties of the JCNC.

Every member in good standing shall have the right to inspect at any reasonable time the books, records or minutes of proceedings of the membership, the EC, the BOD or the committees of the EC or the BOD, upon written request, for a purpose reasonably related to such person’s interest as a member, with the exception of any information not disclosable under the law due to privacy rights.

You are welcome to approach the BOD Secretary via email bodsecretary@jcnc.org, and we will make reasonable arrangements for inspection.

To access these documents, one needs to be a JCNC member in-good-standing and explain the reason for the document they desire to access.
